Brother Travis Kidd is the Minister for Glenview Church of Christ, in North Little Rock, Arkansas, formerly known as The Church of Christ Downtown Little Rock. He has been preaching the gospel for over 22 years.

He has previously served as evangelist with Dodson Street Church of Christ in Nashville, AR, Glenwood Church of Christ in Panama City, FL, and Northside Church of Christ in Tampa, FL, respectively.

He is married to the former Cassandra Wilborn of Little Rock. Within their union they have four adults and two school-age children.

Brother Kidd obeyed the gospel at early age under the leadership of the late Brother Ealgie Gilbert, Sr., at the East 16th Church of Christ.

Brother Kidd received a Bachelor of Science degree in Religious Studies at Southwestern Christian College and a master’s degree in human resource management from Webster University. He served his country proudly in the United States Army for twelve years where he completed a tour of duty in Desert Storm from October 1990-June 1991.

During his time in Florida, Brother Kidd was instrumental in helping to develop the community in Hillsborough County in Tampa. During that endeavor he successfully partnered with the Hillsborough Sherriff Dept, the Boys and Girls Club, Housing Authority, and the County Commissioner to develop an afterschool Recreation Center for the children in the community.

This was done in in honor of Freddie Salomon-an accomplishment that Brother Kidd is extremely proud of, and has gone on to duplicate a similar program, “Start to Finish Homeless Ministry” in Little Rock, Arkansas.
